Our Discovery Days give you a fantastic opportunity to network with other professional trainers, share ideas, develop your own skills and knowledge, and experience some of the newest training materials in Trainers’ Library.
To ensure a truly engaging, participative learning experience, every Discovery Day is limited to 14 places. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

April’s Sessions:
The Ladder of Inference with Rod Webb
In this module I’ll introduce the Ladder of Inference and show how selective focus can lead to assumptions. And how these assumptions can harden into deep-rooted beliefs that may be fundamentally wrong. We’ll look at the impact assumptions and unconscious bias can have on communication, decision making and our own feelings and emotional responses.
Navigating the Challenges of HR in the Modern Workplace with Karen Mitchell
This session will look at the impact of positive HR and HR systems in the workplace and the benefits of HR automation and software for micro, small and medium sized businesses. By the end of it, you’ll understand the impact of practical HR within the workplace and have gained hints and tips to use in the workplace and/or with clients.
Writing and Facilitating Great Case Studies with Ann Pemberton
The session will explore some dos and don’ts and will include a discussion around case studies, role plays and real plays, the benefits, disadvantages and how to use them effectively.
