Hello, I'm Rod, a passionate learning facilitator with 30 years experience in experiential training design and delivery.

I'm the founder of Trainers’ Library and author of hundreds of creative training activities that have been used in more than 40 countries. The best known of these is probably Witches of Glum, which was endorsed by the charity Show Racism the Red Card and has now been used in schools throughout the UK to help young people understand bias and unconscious bias.

I'm passionate about the importance of learner-led, experiential learning that results in real changes in belief, attitudes and behaviours - anything less is a waste of your money, time and resources. That's why I focus on creating, and help other training professionals create, active learning that people will remember, be inspired by and act upon!
