September’s Sessions:

Your Brain, Your Style (Ali Bull)
This session is about how we learn and how to make our brains remember and retain what we learn!

Dr. Edward De Bono’s Six Thinking Hats with Richard Morris (Richard Morris)
The Six Thinking Hats is a method used to amplify creative, collaborative and productive discussions. It ensures that a broad variety of viewpoints and thinking styles are represented. Using six roles (or "hats"), the framework — developed by Dr. Edward de Bono — introduces the process of parallel thinking which allows both individuals and teams to more easily structure ‘abstract’ and ‘critical’ thinking for productive results.

Resilience through Authentic Altruism (Rod Webb)
Building on a theme I touched on in my recent workshop, I’ll look at how authentic altruism can actually benefit our own resilience. We’ll explore values, our circle of control and how we can use those to do something for others that is good for our own mental welfare.
