May’s Sessions:

Using Heron’s Six Categories of Intervention to Enhance your Coaching Practice with Jane Sloan of Sloan Consulting
This session will provide an introduction to a respected coaching model, which can be used to enhance coaching effectiveness. As part of the learning process, participants will undertake a short practical exercise involving applying elements of the model to a hypothetical case study scenario. By the end of the session, participants will have acquired an understanding of Heron's model, and identified ways in which they can apply it to their coaching practice.

Uniting Teams - Leading & Managing in a Hybrid World
with Sera Johnston of Sera Johnston Coaching & Development
Looking around how individuals are taking ownership and stock of their professional lives is clearly demonstrated under the umbrella of The Great Resignation. Yet underpinning this shift in landscape is a change of direction, from organisation to employee led for two very simple reasons (and it’s not salary related).

In this interactive session we will explore the dynamics of leading and managing in a hybrid world and why now, more than ever, expanding your existing toolkit to add TA and NLP are essential everyday skills to use when leading and managing teams.

Hold the Front Page
with Rod Webb
Hold the Front Page is one of my all-time favourite activities to facilitate. It tests project management skills, leadership, time management, teamwork under pressure, accuracy and attention to detail (the latter two of which are often overlooked). The problem with it has always been that, whilst easy and great fun to facilitate, it required participants to have access to equipment like laptops and a printer. The great news is that the new Remote Delivery version is not just as challenging, not just as much fun to facilitate, it’s actually easier too! (For you, the facilitator, not the learners.) And it requires slightly less time. So, join me for this live demo - can you beat the deadline to produce an attention grabbing, accurate and polished front page?!

The order of sessions may change.
