Trainers’ Lab

  • Rod Webb Creative Training (map)

This practical workshop will show you how to apply some of the principles of creative training design to your own training courses and workshops.

Using your real work-based examples, we’ll go through the practical steps of building creative training content:

• Identifying the change that’s needed.

• Understanding the behaviours that need to be developed.

• Reframing these using metaphor, story or game to create training activities that participants will remember and be inspired by.

To help you, I’ll introduce some idea generation techniques to get the creativity flowing.

The workshop will be completely practical, and my hope is that you’ll leave with at least an outline of a new creative training exercise or activity, tailored to your precise needs, that you can use.

Location:
Anywhere you have an internet connection and computer.

“A practical and inspiring workshop to help you with your Creative Design skills with an opportunity to work on a real live design user case which you can use immediately.” Sukhi Vella
