Secrets Behind Great Talks, Speeches and Presentations (Graham Shaw)

In this session Graham will share his top tips for engaging your audiences, whether face-to-face or virtually.

The Art of Delegation (Nicola Richardson)
In this session, you’ll be revisiting the classic fairy tale of Snow White.

However, in this retelling, Snow White is feeling overworked and under-appreciated, so it will be your job to consider the best approach to resolve Snow White’s dilemma using the art of delegation!

The Animals Are Meeting! (Rod Webb)
People can be animals in meetings. Which are you, and how will you manage the disruptive animals in your meetings?

Rod’s session also uses story; this time to illustrate what can go wrong in meetings and the range of difficult behaviours the chair person needs to be able to manage and different personalities they need to engage. Work with your team mates to identify strategies for effectively managing a meeting and compare these to the wise owl’s.

This session involves a rework of a classic Trainers’ Library activity - The Pets’ Meeting.
